Morrison County Birth Certificate Requests
A certified birth certificate with a raised seal costs $26 from the Morrison County Recorder. This version is required for passport applications, Social Security changes, legal name changes, and court documents. A non-embossed certified copy costs $19. Both types are issued directly from the county's vital records archive in Little Falls.
